5 Steps To Creating More Time

Have you ever felt like there is never enough time? That no matter how well you think you're doing time, is never on your side?  I used to constantly find myself running late, rushing here, there and apologising for being late.  Over the years I have learnt a few thing that no matter what I do, I know I will always have enough time to get the things I want to do.

How do I do it?  Well it took a little thought and some practice but I'm finally there!  If you are anything like I was you might find what I learnt useful.

1. I realised that with every want there would always be a pay-back.  Being aware of what the payback was made it that much easier to make changes e.g. when I wanted to include some exercise in my day, I had to choose to get up an hour earlier several times a week to fit it in. What will you have to give up or put aside to make room?

Andy's Wimbledon Win - 5 Steps & Be A Winner Too.

On the edge of my seat most of the afternoon yesterday as I watch Andy Murray achieve something no other British male has achieved for 77 years. Yay!  I'm sure that there were many people before the match who were willing him to win and yet not quite believing he could. I'm so happy that he won and .
with such style to. I will admit to shedding a tear or two after that final point - how emotional was it watching - as Andy said - "try playing it!!!!"

As a coach when I see people performing to their very best I'm intrigued to understand what makes them so different. Watching Andy yesterday I feel that I have identified in him 5 simple and yet effective steps that has changed him from a runner up into a Wimbledon Champion. You can do it too, maybe not Wimbledon Champion (unless you want) but success in whatever area of life you want.

Firstly, we'll take the training and the diet he has followed as a given.

Coaching - Like Having Your Very Own Jiminy Cricket

Whoever said life was easy! Let’s face it it can be difficult at times and there's no manual to help you out when you get stuck. It would be a best seller if there was!  Ever felt that no matter how hard you try nothing ever really changes or that it simply is not changing fast enough?  Have you ever stopped and asked yourself Why?

Who you are & how you act every moment of your life matters and this is never more significant than when you are looking to make a difference.

There are times when trying to figure out what to do and how to do it on your own can be tough  As a coach when I work with you, you're not be alone. It's similar to having a second conscious, your own "Jiminy Cricket" to help guide your thinking, sound off to and help you reason the best way forward.

Happy Single People Are Magnets To Their Opposite

I have many friends who are single. Some have been single for sometime others a little less and no matter whenever we get together you can guarantee the topic of conversation that they always get around to is, how miserable life is at the moment with no one special in their life. Seriously, it does appear to me that there is a common belief that being single is a transitional state and that finding a partner completes everything in life. Maybe it will although being in a relationship never guaranteed anything, especially when it comes from a need.

I believe that when you are single there is a reason for this. Just because you say you want to be in a relationship does not mean you are ready for one. Think about it if it was as simple as wanting you would be in a relationship by now. So what is stopping you and please don't say it's because there is no one out there. The last statistics I read said there are about about 7.6m singles over the age of 16 year of which 2.5m were aged 45-64years and the split of male to female was roughly half. So what is your reason?
