Reasons Why I'm The Coach For You

Personal development has always been a life passion of mine and being able to see others potential more than they see in themselves is something that I have always been great at. I suppose that's why I tended to be a sounding board for my friends and family.

From a very early age I was told that to have what I wanted in life I must work hard. So, taking this literally I did.

Live Your LIfe "Naked" - An Invitation

This is simply a little reminder and invitation to the fantastic Life Coaching, Spa and Wellbeing Day I am hosting for you on the Saturday 15th March at Holmer Park Spa and Leisure it's going to be fun, transformational and something you really will not want to miss!

Now as you know my mission is to empower all women like you to find a deeper sense of happiness and more fulfillment in life.  I believe that we all have a desire for fun and to experience life at it's best no matter what is going on in our life and I want to show you how easy it is to have that choice.

Many of us are flawed in how we pursue our wants and needs, we think that setting intentions and taking steps toward them is enough, the thing is it's not! To create anything new, we must first remove the obstacles that are in the way.

Andy's Wimbledon Win - 5 Steps & Be A Winner Too.

On the edge of my seat most of the afternoon yesterday as I watch Andy Murray achieve something no other British male has achieved for 77 years. Yay!  I'm sure that there were many people before the match who were willing him to win and yet not quite believing he could. I'm so happy that he won and .
with such style to. I will admit to shedding a tear or two after that final point - how emotional was it watching - as Andy said - "try playing it!!!!"

As a coach when I see people performing to their very best I'm intrigued to understand what makes them so different. Watching Andy yesterday I feel that I have identified in him 5 simple and yet effective steps that has changed him from a runner up into a Wimbledon Champion. You can do it too, maybe not Wimbledon Champion (unless you want) but success in whatever area of life you want.

Firstly, we'll take the training and the diet he has followed as a given.
