Why Me

 ·       I'm down to earth and enjoy the simple things in life
     ·        I live with my hubby & two teenagers in a renovated cottage.
     ·        My daughter, the eldest took 11 years to arrive, not literally, we just took our time. She was certainly worth the wait. I could not have imagined what joy she would bring to my life and as an adult she is such an inspiration.
·        My son is a bundle of happy energy and his infectious personality has a positive affect on everyone. It's hard to be anything other than happy around him
·        I seem to have always been with my hubby and quite simply will love him forever.
·        I have two wonderful parents who taught me values in life that have helped me be the person I am today.
·        I exercise daily and this means I can then eat what I want!
·        I love to laugh and fun is probably one of my top values.
·        Experiencing anything new is something else that I love especially when there is a touch of adventure added into the mix – so you’ll not be surprised when I say I am a qualified sports scuba diver and I have a passion for watching Formula One – I haven’t had the chance to drive one; yet!
·        I am proud of my Italian heritage
·        I believe in a bigger power although I am spiritual rather than religious
·        I have two black cats Pop and Jeff and;
·        My guilty pleasure is watching rom-coms with my daughter

Over the years others have described me as charming, gracious and perceptive with a bubbly nature. These are qualities, I believe very much support me in life and my life coaching which you can make up your own mind about, when you get to know me.

Before Life Coaching

Prior to becoming a Life coach my background was in finance.  For many years I worked for one of the top building societies. As the Area Business Manager I was responsible for the performance of each branch within my area.  I loved my work & gained the reputation of setting up and running successful teams that consistently out shone other areas in business.

Despite success and being in a job I enjoyed my internal clock was ticking.  So having bought a broken down old cottage we set about renovating this knowing that once it was completed it would be the perfect home to bring up a family.  About a year into the renovations we decided to start our family.  Whilst the pregnancy didn't go all that smoothly it all worked out fine and I returned to work when my daughter was six months old having made the decision with my hubby to reverse our roles for while.  This was a financial decision and a difficult one for me, which at the time was right for us.

Becoming A Life Coach

Another baby and 4 years later! It was when my daughter started school that  I began my extensive training to become a life coach.  A decision I will never look back on. I had endless case studies, had to pass exams with each module and I finally achieved a high distinction once my training ended. It was during my training that I began to build a client list and on completion of my studies it took me several months to increased this list, until I was finally able to give up my "day job" and concentrate on my coaching practice.

I could never have imagined the positive influence coaching was to have on my life.  To see the effect that my coaching has on another, the positive results they can achieve by simply understanding how to shift their behaviour and thinking is so amazing and truly inspiring.  Through coaching my clients have been able to rekindle a life that makes them happy, alive and
